China was a failing state when Nixon went on his get mission of détente to China...he offered them a deal ..the US would allow it's industry to relocate to China and open the US markets to those products if China would end it's instability problems and stop its support of the spread of communism...the Chinese leaders jumped at the deal and Nixon went back to the oligarchs in the US and gave them the good news...US corporations began the move to China of the US industrial base...the benefit to the oligarchs was slave labor cost no import tariffs and the destruction of the labor movement in the US which they have hated since it began back in the 19th century...they also knew the destruction of the middle class lost of life sustaining jobs would bring the US population into a state of crisis it would be able to bring about the fascist state they have wanted for almost a 100 years...( Business Plot of 1934 against FDR ) China's middle class is larger than the whole population of the US ...if the US had it's industrial base back with the new tech ( cell phones computer electronics etc industries ) almost every person in the US would be middle class

  5. the US owes China $1.3 trillion because the republicans refuse to tax the wealthy and keeps the budget deficit high which then is added to the debt which requires interest...the system is a system of generating debt...you can never get out of debt when every dollar that comes into being is created as debt ...the US spends itself into the poor house thru wars and the DOD ( infrastructure schools medical care education ) all go underfunded or is being cut...the republicans to fund their wars borrowed the money off the books and took $2 trillion from the social security trust fund giving it treasury IOUs which the republicans do not want to redeem thus the Social Security trust fund is all of a sudden going broke according to them and needs to be privatized to Wall Street...the banks that got bailed out who did not really need the money took the funds and bought treasury notes earning interest from the federal government on free bailout money ....Trump owes China and Russian "investors" money because he screwed over everyone in the US to the point he was blackballed and couldn't get loans in the US
