  1. Thomas Merle is correct. It is nonsense for them to claim asking about the baby skin color is racist and ridiculous. As a black woman, my dad is deep chocolate and my mom is caramel, people normally asked what shade kids will be all of the time within black families. Why wouldn’t they ask that of mixed couples?

  2. EXACTLY. Black families ask that all of the time. And when a ‘light skin’ child comes from dark skinned parents, they look at the mom side eyed joking about the child being the mailman’s baby. Lol.
