Our border should get most of that money or no one gets any money. Only people who were embarrassed because of the speaker debacle are establishment republicans.   3. As a retired veteran, I remember the government shut down in the 90s and we were warned that our pay will be stopped. Move forward years later, military paid was protected from government shut down, especially the ones that happened doing Trump years. Now they’re back to saying military pay will be affected by the shut down as an emotional blackmail to not shut the government down. How can anybody trust this government when they keep lying about basics?

  12. I was in Nashville two weeks ago. Why are their hotel rooms so expensive? I spent 54 days on an European adventure traveling to many cities and that one night (4 star) in Nashville costs more than all but one country when I stayed for days at their 4 star hotels.

It is interesting to see how people are now complaining about the politicians they voted for and will continue to vote for. If people can’t afford, don’t do crime so they wouldn’t need it. None of those politicians implementing these policies live in those areas where crime is happening.

  36. I don’t know what time frame he is referring to in Pearl Harbor but I was there. Specifically,in the mid 90s, when our ship was in dry dock, we were in barracks on Ford Islands. There were roaches and I complained to my CO. He made calls and they fumigated it right away, not weeks or months. Years later, that same barracks was totally rehabbed.
