  30. As a black female, I was never on the left or had liberal leaning. Actually, I was never on the right either. I was part of the groups who hated the government and didn’t trust neither of them. It wasn’t until the first time I voted in 2008 and I voted for the wrong reasons. But that taught me to start paying attention and I realized what I did wrong in 2008 and didn’t repeat that error in 2012.
