  1. If the federal government is serious about trim in waste, FREEZE all government spending except junior military personnel and seniors, conduct an audit of ALL funding. Organizations or agencies funding will not resume until that audit is completed. Additionally, STOP funding ALL NGOs. If people care about those NGOs, get private funding.
