  1. I think Igler have a bet going with someone to see how long it will take to completely ruin Disney. If it fails, he will still get a million dollar severance package so he have nothing to lose. Investors, on the other hand, loses a lot so they need to be suing Disney for failing to do their fiduciary duty.
