This white savior speaks for no one but himself. As a black woman, my life is better than most but not a 1%~er. I consider my life great and have accomplished things lots of people dream of. When I was married, I was a homeowner. When I got divorced, I bought another house. All brand new construction houses. I travel abroad recently and searching for a country to be an expat. It is hard to find a country with the same privileges I have here. So he speaks for no one but himself.

@loveamerica2828 I hated that I only learned about Thomas Sowell two years ago. Why isn’t his philosophy being taught in high school especially in black schools? He have so much wisdom to share, giving steps to get out of poverty but latte liberals and race hustlers criticizes him. I’m glad I learned if I wanted to be successful, do the opposite of what my parents did. Guess what? That worked.

@dwreed9100 This is why all of the uproar in 2020 didn’t faze me. Don’t yell word on streets, show me what you are going to do. I agree too management in every industry needs to be more diverse but not just by race and sex but mindset and strong people who will speak out against the grain and not hide within the crowd.

@Wolfshield7 Australia and New Zealand is next on my list this year and plan to ring in 2024 in Sydney. Of course, since I will be in Australia, I have to go to New Zealand.

@venician2face The bad news about this is we are not being listened too. I tried to get involved attending election board meetings, school board meetings, county meetings, legislative hearings to hear and participate in public testimony to bring a diverse viewpoint but the GOP is not capitalizing on voices like mines. I left the country last year to see the world, to research other cultures and religions so I can speak from the point on being there, seeing it with my own eyes and not just repeating what someone online or tv says who haven’t been there. What I learned was amazing. It is a shame I felt safer walking the streets and villages in 3rd world countries but not America major cities.

@Juergen732 Yes, we recognize history but how long are we going to hold on to it and not learn from it. Slavery wasn’t only in the US. As a matter of fact, slavery is still happening in other countries now. Master, servant living is still very prominent in many areas. Look at the haves and the haves not. He comes off like he is looking down on black people. What pisses me off is black people crying about 400 years ago while ignoring the black criminals hurting blacks today or the politicians creating policies hurting those communities now.

@punkanelliefonkbush8811 Actually, I’ve been to almost 50 countries, 49 to be exact. I haven’t been to Australia yet but do plan to ring in 2024 watching fireworks at the Sydney Harbor. FYI, I rang in 2023 at the Burj Khalifa, 2022 was on the Vegas strip because that was my test solo trip. NYC dropping the apple never phase me and no one can pay me to go there now. Most of that travel was last year because I got tired of hearing talk about Europe and how great their systems were. I also went to three third world countries. My adventure was to learn, see for myself and not blindly repeat what others say. So, I would say I am well traveled going to one of the wealthiest country’s and some with high poverty. I am blessed!
