  1. Last year, I traveled to many European, Northern Africa, Middle Eastern countries and Indian SubContinent Asia. I didn’t see any rates in those in cities even the third world countries. But what all of those countries had was lots of cats. And in some countries, the cats were taken care of by the providence/state government. Cats or rats. You decide.
