There is no excuse for being unprepared. A leader should go into every meeting prepared knowing the who, what, when, where, why and how for all ongoing situations. That’s basic leadership. This woman is an insult to women especially black woman. During my military career, if I had answer any question that way, I would have been fired from my position or not invited to anymore meetings.
