  2. WRONG. People are dropping out of the workforce because states are gambling that making the vaxx mandatory will get people vaxx to keep their jobs but that is backfiring. People are choosing to get fired and not looking for jobs instead which is affecting the job market. STOP using childcare as a MAJOR excuse. People will make it work if they want to make it work. And I say that as a former dual military family on different shifts who HAD to make our childcare situation work. Maybe whiners should have kids.
