  2. I agree mentor ship is very important to help younger people achieve success. It’s unfortunate that many people are to selfish to want to share what they did. As a retired veteran, before they started mentoring programs, I always tried to help junior personnel. With that attitude, I told my niece and daughter to find a mentor in their field to help them. And what they told me is people said they were too busy. That’s ridiculous. Also, instead of those race hustlers in different organizations and media sharing how they achieve their success, they are pushing nonsense.
