  3. Remember, many major cities did cut their police budgets in 2020/2021. What did they do with that money? What programs did they start? NYC cut one billion dollars, what program did they start with those funds? Former NYC a mayor wife received millions for her charity to help homeless mental health issues. NYC is worst off but her bank account is overflowing.
