  1. I live in Georgia and spent 2 days at our legislative state house listening to a subcommittee for a mental health act they want to pass. The first day, they compared GA to California. Today, a doctor who worked in NY spoke. Who in the hell told those people we want GA to copy any policy from NY or California? I plan to go back on Wednesday and will say that if they allow testimony.
