  1. As a veteran, I really hate that they use anthrax as an excuse why covid should be mandated. I retired after serving for 20 years and I NEVER got the anthrax vaccine. NEVER. Why, I didn’t go into theater that required it. So, NO, Milley, everyone didn’t get every vaccines on the list.
