  1. I live in Long Beach CALIFORNIA and I rarely see a police officer. We even have our own PD. Also just driving around the greater LA area again I rarely see Po Pos. Also a lot of people just think of California as one big city, but much of is rural too. My car has been broken into twice in the last 2 years and my mailbox just got pried open.
