Let me say..all the wealthy people living in this state I can't understand why they each can't purchase buildings and make them shelters..10 wealthy,10 buildings,100+beds each,thousands off the street..instead wealthy people just want to piss and moan over this matter..donate a building turn it into a shelter then get said people transitioned into apartments and work..we have to stop depending on the government for everything that we ourselves can manage..and fye and shame on the wealthy in california..if so many are mentally ill, why aren't the mental institutions fill to the rafters?..
