  2. Not too many more superlatives that I can add to amount of work you are doing here in a really fine job. I would love for you to revisit your first job of that abandon, preschool or whatever it was and see what it looks like now. I’m hoping one of these days you may be able to buy one of these abandon homes and flip it for somebody who can really use a nice home like that.
