  12. Kashmiri were confused people and mostly because of Sheikh Abdullah and has some historical reasons also. People had no right to decide based on Partition Act, only Kings had the final word. It was a decision by Jinnah and Muslim league. 30% of Sindh and even Karachi was non-Muslim majority but it went to Pakistan as it was decided by the Jinnah and Rulers. of the respective princely states.
