  9. Nope, he was an avatar of Vishnu, and as per tradition, Bhagwan Ram. And who doesn't believe in Avatar or are atheists, for them it is going to be RAM only. Valmiki never used Bhagwan RAM. Ram is a protagonist in Ramayana.
