  17. There is a difference between taking IMF loan and IMF program. Pakistan took IMF program that is that Pakistan economy is going to run by IMF for the period of 39 months. India mortgaged Gold to get IMF loan in 1991. So the comparison is wrong. You can compare that with Greece or Egypt case.
