@scottf3456 Who said anything about a poor diet? The term "dieting" generally refers to limiting one's intake of food.

@scottf3456 Which part of what I said was ignorant? Give a specific example. In the meantime, when most people use the term "dieting," they are referring to cutting back on their food intake. Something that your generation in particular should be very aware of, given the fact that more than 50% of you are clinically obese. Did you know that Millennials are the first generation in history whose projected average lifespan is actually less than that of their parents' generation? So by all means, keep sitting on your chubby asses, grazing on garbage food and texting all day. Is that what you're trying to defend here?

@scottf3456 Nope, you continue to be wrong. I'm a Boomer, and I remember the "hardbody decade" of the 80's very well. I was a weightlifter during that decade and I still work out to this day. I've forgotten more about exercise and nutrition than you will ever learn. Run away now, before you embarrass yourself any further.

@scottf3456 I guess you missed the part that said "...and I still do to this day." Do you know what hasn't changed since the 80's..? Human anatomy and biochemistry. They've pretty much stayed the same for about 400,000 years.

@mattbebe2555 As a matter of fact, yes... it is very progressive of me. The root of the word "progressive" is "progress," and eliminating Trumptards from our society would hasten our progress considerably. Perhaps you thought "progressive" and "pacifist" meant the same thing. Well, they don't.
