Sounds like bullshit to me. They don't want to pay to fix the water problem.

@JTScott1988 Sure they can. They got away with it for this long.

@JTScott1988 Maybe. But let's not make any assumptions. Kicking her out gives them extra time to fix it and then pay for the repairs. Also, she has every legal right to sue them for not repairing it up until now... which is another reason they may have decided to evict her. Either way, there's a lot going on here that they're not telling us.
