They ARE just ordinary people exactly like Any or Every-One Else . I talk On-Line to a couple of Russian people I have known for a LONG time . Only ONE Russian I actually H A T E . Guess who............. He's been a " Loose Cannon " Politically since he came to Power . Megalomania . I want him DEAD .
