@SpartasEdge . Having to abide Confidentiality does not include the Proscription of Indicating thus . That would , in some measure , preclude " Confidentiality " . It's not a thing that needs Explaining . Revelation is purely a Voluntary thing . Apparently Google is pulling out now . Slightly surprised it took this long . But I Do think the Russian PEOPLE do deserve access to " unfiltered " information . The " WHY'S " of a Company staying or leaving are entirely their own business , subject , obviously , to Espionage and Sedition Laws . Revelation is Purely Voluntary . So as to why would they Not say so is not for You OR Me to know .
