I do envision Thousands of Foreign , Non-Combatant , Specialist workers from around the World , along with their Equipment turning up to deal with the Catastrophe and Humanitarian problems caused by the Dam Breach . Of course accompanied by a HUGE contingent of U.N. Peace-keepers . This Act of Vlad's could turn into a gigantic D'OH ! moment . Here's hoping .
