What's " Really Going On " , is that a Country that SHOULD be a Power Exporter is have " Brown Outs " due to Successive Incompetence in handling the Power Infrastructure , along with quite a few Other things too . Too much Pandering to Lobby Groups , Special Interest Groups (Cults) and playing " Popularity Politics " instead of PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE .
