@kimduong2332 You do realise that in Waterways as small as that area , that the Ship has been POSITIVELY Geolocated AT THE SITES of the Cables EXACTLY at the Time that the Connections were Cut . The Ship was being Tracked , as are ALL ships in there , on Coastal Radars . They DID IT .

You know that the Ship got Stopped and Searched ? Apparently there was some rather " Suspicious " Equipment on Board . In a Chain Locker............... We will be hearing more about this later , I'm sure .

@kimduong2332 That's what I meant when I said WE WILL HEAR MORE ABOUT THIS LATER . If there Really was suspicious equipment present , then the Authorities investigating will MAKE SURE that it was the Offending Rig BEFORE laying Charges . That's how Justice Works in the Western World .
