  1. NATO " Brass Hats " will NOT do any investigating of those Tank/Bradley losses . Not NATO's war . Stupid demands , by stupid people . And , of course , when Russia gets called up on the Carpet about Blowing Dams , they will claim those Dams were ALL on Russian Sovereign Territory . Sovereign by simply being OCCUPIED at the time . Ukraine blew one of the Dams IN THEIR OWN HOMELAND while defending Kyiv , will be the Justification . Wait and see . That WILL be the Orcs argument . Nothing surer . As to the Dam Collapsing because it was over-filled ? OK . Maybe . But RUSSIA DID THAT . They remain Culpable . Slava Ukraine . And Happy Birthday for the 9th Roman .
