There are THREE categories of B-Double . 19 metre , 25 metre and 26 metre . 19 metre tend to be Fuel Trucks . Same length as a Maximum length Single , but Well Heavier . 55 T . 25 metre are 34 pallet Cab-over combos .62.5 T . 26 metre are 32 pallet Bonneted trucks , 62.5 T .

The U.S. does do A-doubles , but not so many . Never seen a B-type coupling on a U.S. truck .

Actros's are a Good truck , but , soulless and overly Complex . A breakdown a long way out in one of those would be a FUCKING NIGHTMARE .

@dawgwithabone6826 . Good . Glad the Magistrate rebuked the Prosecutor .

🤣. Old Mate was rather Lost I reckon . I doubt it was a Type 9 . Those only run on Private sites , like Mines . Not on Public Roads .

Personally prefer a Conventional Truck . Bonnet to Aim down the road . Even for " Round Town Clown " work there are Day-cab versions of Bonneted trucks . And there ARE also some Big Europeans doing Road-train work . The Volvo's and Scania's are actually the most powerful proprietary trucks in the world . 770 hp from the Factory . And up to 3000+ pound/feet of torque .

@Bigsoot7393 No . It will not . There are You-tube videos that address your allegation . That said , I personally , would prefer an North American Bonneted style Truck with 550/600 Detroit Power over anything else .

IVECO at one time built the Powerstar Cabovers . Small , but ridiculously Powerful and FAST . They were FIATS . However , I agree with you .
