  1. I too have a Preference for Darker Chocolate . More an Adult option , since Cocoa is slightly bitter and sour . Lindt make the best commercial chocolate . Also Cocoa is the MOST Beneficial Ingredient in a Dietary sense . Lots of trace elements . So Darker is better .
