Personal Equipment , that CAN be used in other ways than PURELY educational is obviously Purchased by the Individual . I suppose there probably IS a system in place for Low-Income students to be assisted .

MY Point is that Corporate Greed that gets Politically Facilitated , is The United States BIGGEST issue concerning Social Inequity . Not the ONLY problem but certainly the most MAJOR one .

I agree about the " Welfare Mentality " thing completely . That is a Social issue that is REALLY difficult to find a Balance on . Un-obvious Health issues , and Mental Disorders are sometimes VERY difficult to affectively diagnose and than also difficult to treat . The Real Layabouts probably learned it from their Parents in the Majority of cases . Instilling a Work Ethic CAN be addressed , to a certain degree , within the Education System . But rarely IS directly addressed .
