He is technically wrong about South Korea and MUCH of the rest of the world, but given that South Korea is basically a US protectorate and non-nuclear countries also are someone's protectorates. Also not everyone is trying to kill them - but the West would like to add them to its list of protectorates. He isn't that far off either.

The US named it's capital after its founding leader yet they mock North Korea for celebrating its own founding leader (and NK never went that far)... PS I know this is BBC and yes I said Americans. I hope you get it, "Brexiteers".
