05:15:05 Here is a good candidate, although there might be better ones still: Austro-Hungarian River Monitor SMS Bodrog (which incidentally fired some of the first shots of WW1). 1) Captured (in grounded condition) by the advancing Serbian army in 1918. Repaired and used by the navy of the new Kingdom of Serbs Croats and Slovenes (in 1929 the country was renamed Yugoslavia) 2) Captured (in scuttled condition) by the invading Germans in 1941, raised, repaired and used by the quisling government of Croatia. 3) Captured (in scuttled condition) by the advancing People's Liberation Army of Yugoslavia in 1944. which raised, repaired and used it post war. Later it was hulked and when Socialist Yugoslavia broke apart she came to belong to rump Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, then Serbia and Montenegro and finally Serbia. She was recently restored to be used as a museum. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yugoslav_monitor_Sava River warships in volatile regions might yield the best results since they are difficult to destroy completely - they can usually be raised and repaired as rivers are shallow.
