29:30 If you allow TF16 to Coral Sea, why not consider Akagi, Kaga, Hiryu and Soryu appearing on the Japanese side?

Underappreciated. Actually Spain. Everyone knows of the defeat of the Spanish Armada. How many have heard of the next year's defeat of the English armada? Or Cartajena des Indies? 18th century was not all UK vs France. Spain was a massive naval power until the Napoleonic Wars, and quite serious even later. Also Russia. They fought a powers like Sweden and the Ottoman navy for centuries (themselves also underappreciated). They also clashed with UK, France, Piedmont, Japan... Only recently they started being perceived as a naval power.

Cold War Atlantic war: geostrategic disposition favors NATO. Convoys get moved south, Black Sea Fleet is bottled up in the namesake sea unless Soviets take Bosphorus and even then they ain't going out of Mediterranean, Pacific fleet is not going to get far as it can be attacked from Japan. Northern fleet would need to go past Iceland which would be heavily militarized. Overall, some losses to NATO but hardly anything to seriously hamper the sea transport. PS let's not forget that transport aircraft are now a thing... USN would not approach USSR except maybe submarines because it doesn't need to.
