  1. Probably still at low altitudes. A few years ago a Slovene-Serbian pilot Vladimir Vodopivec landed a Somalian passenger liner that had a bomb explosion shortly after takeoff from Mogadishu. The fuselage was holed but since they were still at like 4000m the pressure difference was not big enough to break up the plane so he was able to land relatively normally.
