While I do find cyber warfare explanation offered by Maduro implausable - the US and opposition claim that the cause of the the power outage in Venezuela is government corruption does not hold water either. How come that the outage coincided with the opposition's attempt to take over the government of Venezuela? I mean Chavez-Maduro government rulled Venezuela for 20 years, where were such week long outages then?
