@wEXTRACTw Really? Than how come that the communist China is the most populous country in the world? Could it be that communism kills less than other forms of government?

They were well treated by Vietnamese standards, considering what assets were at their disposal in the middle of a war against foreign occupation of a part of their country and bombing of much of it, how much and what variaties of food or medicine were readily available on the markets etc. By spoilt US standards of the day, of course they felt they were being treated badly. No hot water for bathing, no meat every day etc...
