A short recoil action (Browning, Beretta/Walther, or that CZ...) opens that way. Simply the barrel recoils with the slide for the first few mm.

@tommasomorandini1982 Nor you can make the rule "it's a delayed blowback if the bolt moves, but the barrel stays still", because in a Revelli action (today used by the FN Five-Seven and the Ruger 57) that's considered a delayed blowback, the barrel recoils, but at a slower pace than the bolt.

It's more complex than a tilting action, and it has more surface friction, so needing more lubrication.

A tilting system, being it a tilting barrel like the Browning or a tilting locking block like the Beretta/Walther will always have less surface friction, and so less lubrication needed and/or surface wear.
