  1. I disagree, Russia has built up its forces along the Ukraine border then withdrawn them again several times over the last year its a game. China has done the same thing with Taiwan. Its all about "Threat." War is not good for either Russia or China which is why there will not be an all out one. Russia secured its southern flank Naval Base when they captured Crimea, job done they are happy with that.
