Additionally, the money he allegedly hid pre campaign was still hidden during his tenure, which means he was still committing crimes at that time, even without the continued Russian Oligarch connection. All Russian Oligarchs are friends of Vladimir, those who are not, are in exile. they have to pay "tribute" to the Demigod Putin.
