  6. Russia relies on the price we pay for it, we control the price. Overall Russias hard currency reserve is dwindling fast. Once that runs out, it's projected to do so within the next two years, their debt will only increase without fiscal austerity beng implemented. Any way you want tto look at it they aren't in a good position. Their defence budget has already been slashed for fiscal 2018. Win win for the West.
