  5.  @markbanner6473  Indonesia and South Africa I think have them, but MANPAD types are plentiful so there is massive choice globally. The good old Russian IGLA can still do some damage.

  6.  @Muritaipet  sounds reasonable. Sea Ceptor can also be used - supposedly in the anti surface mode, something Aster can’t do which is very handy. Ceptor also looks like it can fly a very very long way, further than they would admit. Land Ceptor would be a sweet weapons system for Ukraine to use but they really need infra red weapons used with EO tracking so the Russians would find it much harder to fix and attack the launchers.
