In terms of missile defence in general, this is the low end of the target set regards missile intercepts, the real artistry is in the radar and control systems.

@vladi1Z Nope. Without US AESA technology there would be no ELM-2084. To ignore US technology and program support in either funding, technology, or people skills just shows your ignorance.

As far as ABM warfare goes, the really hard part is tracking very small rockets and maintaining a track on all of them that represent a threat. As long as the units have plenty of notice the actual intercepts are the easier part.

@baejoonil8785 To do that type of operation they would have to have used up most of the B-52 force, with that sort of Ops tempo things start to break, as well as morale.

@AnimeKing6797 Humour is what people use to relieve stress, its a pressure relief valve. Stress causes more conflict and this is pretty light humour, I dont think anybody is being disrespectful.

@MossadDid911 The ones that got through mostly fell in unpopulated areas so those rockets are ignored by design,. Thats how the system works but I agree that there is no way they stop them all.

Some IDF CO in a bunker "Shields up." Its oddly satisfying to watch the tech but must be horrific for people living in the target area.
