Louis, if you believe EU member states cannot unilaterally manipulate Taxation for their own benefit, then neither can the UK. if thats the case, using your logic we can`t deregulate using tax breaks. If France wanted to react to a UK inspired race to the bottom by reducing corporation tax, they would just do it, we did, remember?
