  2. Mate, the US accidentally dropped four 1 megaton nukes on Spain during the Cold War from a B-52. One of them lost all but one of its safety lockouts on impact, 2 had their HE payloads detonate. Google palomares incident.

  3. User Droid the first missile didn’t hit the cockpit that’s why they were able to turn it around. The second missile likely did hit the cockpit, Ukraine investigators were able to get to the crash site where they found fragmentation holes on the underside of the cockpit. It is possible the flight crew tried to get their stricken aircraft to land safely, only to take a second missile into the cockpit just before it crashed, a terrible way to die for all involved.

  13. roflmatol I believe based on what I’ve seen the Ukraine investigators may have possibly seen the damage caused by the second missile which was impacted in the cockpit area. The first missile did not impact the cockpit which is plausible. The black boxes will reveal what happened because the pilots would be recorded making flight control inputs after the first missile hit. We shall know eventually.

He saw two explosions and a crash, how could he know it was a civilian airliner? For all he knew it could have been a USAF F-15, or an Iranian Air charter flight "do I cheer or do I say nothing"?

  21. Sam Jelveh one of the videos was from CCTV footage, there was no man filming it. The other video, well who is the man? Was he a civilian? Did he hear a launch warning siren? If you watch Israeli Iron Dome launches on YT you hear a siren just before missiles are launched. We really don’t know. Maybe he had some other indication “something was up”.

  25. Iran made this announcement, the problem with that particular lie is a cruise missile’s radar signature is about 100 times smaller than that of a civilian airliner depending on target aspect to emitter.

  33. They were either ordered to engage a track or they were totally inept. I think it was the latter. They were on heightened alert so very nervous since they are a SAM position they would know they are a primary target.

That aircraft hit the building at over 300 knots with a mass of over 100 tons most of it was vapourised you arent very good at science, like all conspiracy theorists.

  42. elvin l. They engaged a target mistakenly, there is no way they would have if they knew it was an airliner. A 737 is a relatively small aircraft, say compared to a 767. For all we know they could have been ordered to engage a track by somebody else up the chain of command.

  43. They weren’t heat seekers. TOR missiles use radar command guidance. When you look at a TOR M1 unit you will see two radars, the smaller one providing the guidance channels, the big one doing volume search.

  44. Maybe because they are two different aircraft that hit the ground at different angles and velocities, had different mass and the ground isn’t the same. Also add flight 93 was intact on impact, this aircraft was not.

  48. Echelon111999 no, they are command guided to hit the centre of the radar return not the engine specifically nor are they IR guided. I can’t remember whether or not the M1 has an optical guidance feature.
