  1. If we had real free markets - not an oligarchy - the bonds (collateral) would already be repriced and a massive fire sale would be sweeping out the bad debt. Due to the massive amount of corruption the oligarchy is protected - come November vote for chaos; the craziest and most severe candidate you can find, that is how you punish them, destabilize the institutions that they infest.
