  1. He has 2 big weak spots - he does not grasp current military capabilities, nor does he understand our current economic system. But almost no one outside Credit Risk does. Even the way he describes the BRICS - he doesn’t get the game, he is lost. BRICS are a fixed income vehicle created by Goldman. Yes BRICS baskets need to expand to offset risk as the original nations have little or no room to grow (attract western capital).
