I will never be convinced about the outcome of Saint IKEA Starmer's "Beergate and curry party", sorry "work meeting".

Saint IKEA "Captain Hindsight" Starmer reminds me of a Car Salesman who i am trying to avoid on a Garage Forecourt.

Sir IKEA "Captain Hindsight" Starmer doesn't know what he wants and after years of being in opposition i can't name one of his policies.

Sky news and the BBC are biased, they have to be dragged kicking and screaming to report anything negative about the Liebour party.

@albal156 The BBC were hounding Boris from day one of his premiership. Also the Russian issue has come up with Boris, but as you rightly say they did the Russian Spy scenario with Corbyn. The "Beer and Curry party" sorry "work meeting" with Starmer was played down by the BBC. Boris made bad judgments which even he will admit, the £800 a roll wallpaper was never a good look but I don't think he knew about the parties until Allegra Stratton did a mock press conference suggesting that they were. The Chris Pincher debacle finished Boris off in the end but Pincher was set on by Theresa May and he also served under David Cameron. There were allegations made by two men about Pincher in 2017 and the inquiry into them resulted in no breach of the Ministerial Code.

I remember when the singer Tom Jones left the UK in 1974 to live in America because of the then uk government hiking tax to eye watering levels.

@1chish Oh I didn't know that, you learn something every day.

@Overkill2008 True, he is not effective and seems to be going around in circles about what he does or does not support.

I presume you don't remember years ago when the Labour Government had their infamous "Winter of Discontent" fiasco when the UK almost became the strike capital of Europe.
