  5.    The "Beta Variant" is highest in Paris and north central France. Anyone going abroad should be well aware that circumstances change and so having to isolate should not be a surprise.

  10.  @tobylots  It appears that the "Beta Variant" that is the highest in Paris and North central France may evade the vaccines. This "Beta Variant" contributed to a dramatic rise in COVID cases in the Seychelles in May despite the Seychelles having one of the highest vaccinated populations in the world.
