  10.  @michaelhannant1084  As i understand it, Kate Joseph wrote the COVID rules, she left government a while ago and she is Chief executive of Sheffield City Council on a reported £150,000 salary, she has now been suspended pending further investigation because she was at one of the so called "gatherings".
